2024 WVC Annual Conference

The WVC Annual Conference is one of the largest and longest-running veterinary conferences in the country, hosted by Viticus Group, in the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas. This year, with the vibrant neon show look, and the theme "It's Time to Vet Differently", Viticus Group is bringing in innovative insight to veterinary education.

Activation

The WVC conference hosts many fun activities, and Vet Detective is among one of them. I was tasked with designing the logo and marketing collaterals for the activation. The logo and visuals are fun and cute, inspiring engagement among our participants.

Publication

The Preliminary Program and the Final Program are major factors in driving registration for the WVC conference. I designed both publications and worked with various departments to collect content and make necessary revisions.

One Sheets

Planning a conference isn't a easy task, and one sheets helps us to communicate with our business partners and audience effectively. I designed various one sheets based on the business needs, and actively engage with team members to identify challenges and solutions to ensure efficiency in communication.

Lanyard and Badges

Lanyards and badges are essential for every participant, making them prime opportunities for brand exposure and sponsorship visibility. I designed the lanyard to effectively communicate with participants while ensuring our sponsors' branding stood out.

Signage

Throughout the year, I worked closely with the Conference Operations team to develop creative assets for the conference. We ensured all visuals were consistent before printing and setup. In the end, we presented an amazing and immersive experience for the WVC participants.
