The WVC Annual Conference is one of the largest and longest-running veterinary conferences in the country, hosted by Viticus Group, in the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas.
This year, Viticus Group is leveling up veterinary education with a “Game On” theme and a bold neon show aesthetic, introducing gamification to create a engaging learning experience.

Motion Design
When thinking about the concept of "Game On", our team knew we wanted something bold and exciting right from the start. To pitch the idea to the executive team, I created a motion graphic that captured the vibrancy and energy of the theme. The visual presentation helped build enthusiasm and gain strong support from the executive committee.
Board Game
The Forbidden Clinic is an interactive game about Practice Management in veterinary clinics. I collaborated with the education team to develop the game's visuals, including the logo, card deck packaging, and concept design.
Web Banner Ads
I developed a range of digital ad assets throughout the conference registration period, aligning with sales goals and creating visuals that resonated with our audience.
Effective campaign YOY
Website
The WVC website evolves continuously throughout the registration period. I collaborated with the marketing team to design visuals and page layouts informed by key data such as user behavior, page performance, and engagement trends. This data-driven approach helped optimize the user experience and support registration goals.
Print Ad
Paid print advertising is another effective channel for promoting WVC. I regularly designed graphics featured in well-known veterinary publications, helping drive awareness and boost registrations for the WVC Annual Conference.
Publication
The Preliminary Program and the Final Program are major factors in driving registration for the WVC conference. Participants browse the Preliminary Program to decide if WVC offers the courses they need for their CE. The Final Program serves as a guide for participants during the conference. I designed both publications and worked with various departments to collect content and manage revisions.
Swag
Swag plays an important role in building excitement and engagement. Milestones buttons is one of the swag that I designed to recognize and celebrate the support from WVC participants.
Video Editing
Digital screens play a key role in showcasing engaging content during the conference. I designed a series of videos displayed throughout Mandalay Bay Convention Center, guiding participants to on-site activities and enhancing the overall event experience.
Signage
Throughout the year, I collaborated closely with the Conference Operations team to develop creative assets for the WVC conference. We ensured visual consistency across all materials prior to printing and setup. The result was a cohesive and immersive experience that left a strong impression on participants.
